There are many talented children in the area, but many miss out on the chance to develop their talent so that they can progress.  BackoftheNetfc`s main link is with the Arsenal Soccer Schools, if we see any exceptional talent we then offer the player the chance to trial with the Arsenal academy." We are also realistic and would like to help players improve their talent first and foremost locally and that is why we have helped so many young players achieve their dreams of playing with local professional or semi-pro clubs or simply improve their game.

BackoftheNetfc have played a huge role in the amazing achievement of developing 3 players to premiership Academys and over 30 players to Centre of Excellence professional clubs from our Soccer Schools and Advanced Football Coaching (AFC) Centres during 2005 - 2009. We are simply the best at developing talent in this area.  We help players fulfil their dreams of improving their ability with their local clubs, and potentialy developing on to a level of training and playing with a professional club. Academy directors from pro clubs regularly visit and coach on our Soccer Schools and (AFC) Centres.

BIRMINGHAM CITY FC ACADEMY, U/14`s ANGUS McALPINE
Angus attended our Advanced Football Centre at Shenley Brook End School in Milton Keynes. His family heard about our growing reputation and immediately signed Angus up for our (AFC) Centre in Milton Keynes.  We could see straight away that Angus had very good technique; Trevor Gould (Back of the Net, Director of Football) and now Northampton Town Centre of Excellence manager helped Angus to sharpen and polish up his technique. Through our links with pro clubs we arranged a six-week trial for Angus at Birmingham's Academy. Angus was signed in September 2007 for Birmingham City's Academy U/14`s.

MK DONS ACADEMY, U/14's STEPHEN BLOOD
Stephen has attended our Advanced Football Coaching Centre at Shenley Brook End in Milton Keynes for the past two years. In that time his ability and technique has improved immensely and he has now been signed to the MK Dons Academy as of November 2008.

NORTHAMTON TOWN FC, U/16's GREGORY KAZIBONI
Since the age of 14 Gregory has attended several of our soccer schools courses. He has now been offered a youth contract with Northampton Town and is one of the first players from any of our courses to do so. This is a tremendous achievement for both Gregory and BackoftheNetFC, and we would like to wish him the very best for the future.

NORTHAMPTON TOWN FC, U/12`s ROBBIE PARSONS
Robbie has attended our Soccer Schools and developed his skills from the age of seven. He deserved the opportunity to trial with a pro club. Robbie signed in July 2006.

NORTHAMPTON TOWN FC, U/12`s BEN BAKER
Ben has attended our Soccer Schools since the age of six, and was one of the first to sign up for our Advanced Football Coaching. Ben signed in March 2007.

NORTHAMPTON TOWN FC, U/12`s LUKE GARDNER
Luke has attended nearly every Soccer School since we began in Milton Keynes. He then went on to our AFC centre and really impressed the coaching staff at Northampton Town when our advanced centre played their centre of excellence. Luke signed in August 2007.

NORTHAMPTON TOWN FC, U/16`s CHIMDI AKUBINE
Chimdi has attended our Soccer Schools and the AFC centre and signed in August 2007.

NORTHAMPTON TOWN FC, U/10`s MUNGO BRIDGE
Mungo attended our Avanced Football Training in September 2008. After his second term match against Northampton Town Centre of Excellence, Mungo was invited for a 6 week trial and signed shortly after in November 2008.

Danny Clifton U/13, Harry Scott U/9, Tyler Jones U/9, Tom O`brian U/9 all recently signed forms for Northampton Town FC Centre of Excellence from our Advanced Centres. Cameron Dron trained for 3 terms at our Saturday Morning Club and we suggested to Geoff Harrop Centre of Excellence Director Cameron should trial with NTFC COE and subsequently he signed October 2009
