Every Back of the Net FC course aims to create a positive learning environment by combining a FUN, FRIENDLY and SAFE setting. We at Back of the Net FC want you to make new friends and develop your game.

Our courses are developed by Arsenal Soccer Schools and each day is based around a theme or particular skillset i.e. day 1: passing and control, day 2: turning, day 3: dribbling, day 4: shooting, day 5: match-play.

A typical day on a Back of the Net Soccer Schools course would be roughly as follows:

09:45 - 10:00
Registration and sign-in

10:00 - 11:15
Warm-up and fun games

15mins break

11:30 - 12:30
Skills sessions: passing, turning, dribbling, shooting and match play

60mins break for lunch
30mins lunch and 30mins quizzes / talent competitions

13:30 - 14:50
Tournaments, World cup, Champion's league, Premier league

14:50 - 15:00
Debrief & signing out

On the final day of every course there is a presentation which starts at 14:30. We review the week's performance, issue certificates and award any medals which have been earned during the week.

These official Arsenal medals are awarded for outstanding achievement or commitment to a particular task - e.g. "Attitude to practise and team player award", "Skill and technique award" as well as the "Player's player" medal which chosen by the players in each age group.
